Can I use SalesHOOQ app without registration in transport hub?

No, you can’t use SalesHOOQ App directly. You need to contact http://www.transporthub.com and then use SalesHOOQ App. You can contact TH Team on +91 9319977101 for any query.

How can I contact http://www.transporthub.com?
  1. Go to the URL http://www.transporthub.com
  2. Go to contact
  3. Fill all the details. (Please mention your query in message box)
  4. Click on ‘Submit’ button.
I am not able to Login in the App?
  1. Check whether the internet connection is turned on
  2. Check the network connectivity
  3. Check the login details for errors, if any.
I am not able to Check In?
  1. Close the App
  2. Switch on Data connection
  3. Check network connectivity
  4. Relaunch App
  5. Check In can be done.

OR

  • 1st go to google map
  • Click on current location.
  • After that go to SalesHooq App and CheckIn.

 

I am not able to Check Out?
  1. Close the App 
  2. Switch on Data connection 
  3. Check the network connectivity 
  4. Relaunch App 
  5. then checkout can be done.

OR

  1. 1st go to google map
  2. Click on current location.
  3. After that go to SalesHooq App  and Checkout

What happens if I Checks Out by mistake?

Multiple time check in is allowed.

Address is not displaying correct location in app?
  • 1st go to google map
  • Click on current location.
  • After that go to SalesHooq App
Dealer / Retailer / Customer is not visible in drop down list?
  • Go to menu 
  • Add customer page 
  • Add dealer / retailer first so that they are visible in the drop down list.
I am not able to add customer?
  • Customer details need to be added from the location of customer.
  • For this Open SalesHOOQ App
  • Click Check In
  • Click Add Customer
  • Fill details of Customer
  • Click Submit.

I am not able to find customers added earlier in the drop down list?
  • Go to filter 
  • Click on clear option
  • Click customer name to see drop down list.

  • Select HOOQ Product 
  • Click HOOQ Reports in Reports option

How can admin add users?

Please refer to user manual.

What is the difference between different admins & users?
  • Group Admin- Group admin can view reports (All members who are part of that group)
  • Group line manager- Getting sms or emails regarding all group members’ information.
  • Member(s)- (S)he can only view his / her own report. Can’t view other group members’ report.
